Rabbi Dr. Leonard Matanky of Congregation KINS of West Rogers Park has informed us that in conjunction with Rabbi Natan Slifkin's visit to Chicago July 24 - 26, 2009, he will be the KINS Scholar In Residence for that Shabbat (Chazon).
